At Xokarts.com, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer an easy cancellation process.
✅ Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
- Orders can be canceled free of cost before they are shipped.
- To cancel, go to My Orders and select Cancel Order, or contact our support team.
- If the cancellation is successful, a full refund will be processed.
🚚 After Shipment
- If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- However, you may refuse delivery or request a return after receiving the product (as per our Return Policy).
💰 Refund for Canceled Orders
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
📦 Auto-Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock
- Payment is not received
- There is a pricing or technical error
- Delivery is not serviceable to the provided address
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
