At Xokarts.com, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer an easy cancellation process.

✅ Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

  1. Orders can be canceled free of cost before they are shipped.
  2. To cancel, go to My Orders and select Cancel Order, or contact our support team.
  3. If the cancellation is successful, a full refund will be processed.

🚚 After Shipment

  1. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  2. However, you may refuse delivery or request a return after receiving the product (as per our Return Policy).

💰 Refund for Canceled Orders

  1. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  2. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

📦 Auto-Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  1. The product is out of stock
  2. Payment is not received
  3. There is a pricing or technical error
  4. Delivery is not serviceable to the provided address

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
