Thank you for shopping at xokarts.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You may return most items within 7 days from the date of delivery.

👉 To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  2. All tags, labels, and accessories must be included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  1. Products purchased during flash sales (unless defective)
  2. Customized / personalized items
  3. Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods
  4. Gift cards
  5. Items with broken seals

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Log in to your account on xokarts.com
  2. Go to “My Orders”
  3. Select the order & item you want to return
  4. Choose a reason for return and submit

Once your return request is approved, we will share a return shipping label with instructions.

4. Return Pickup & Shipping

  1. Return pickup is available Mon – Sat.
  2. We may arrange free pickup for eligible orders.
  3. If free pickup is not available, customers may be asked to ship the item at their cost.

5. Inspection & Refund

After we receive your return:

  1. Our team will inspect the item.
  2. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment mode:

  1. Debit/Credit Card → 5–7 business days (bank processing time)
  2. UPI / Wallet → 1–3 business days
  3. Cash on Delivery → Refund will be issued as store credit or bank transfer

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Send photos of the damaged/defective product and packaging
  3. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost

7. Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive the wrong item:

  1. Contact our support team with an order photo.
  2. We will arrange a return and resend the correct product.

8. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  1. Only part of the order is returned
  2. The product is not in original condition

9. Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be canceled before shipment at no cost.
  2. After dispatch, cancellation is treated as a return.
